People can’t hold more than three ideas in their head at once. So package anything you want remembered into three parts in any conversation.
Put ideas into geometric shapes
It could be a triangle, a circle, a quadrant. Any shape that sticks in someone’s memory.
Use the 4-Mat structure: why, what, how, now
Open with why it matters, give the big picture with what, then the steps with how, and the action with now.
