Hey Sharran, I'm sure you're always looking for fresh ideas to post to connect with your audience, and I'm always looking for great advice from you in particular. Would you be willing to answer a question from me from time to time publicly? This in no way is oligating you to respond to me, but I would really appreciate it.
This line “Build your company as if you plan to sell it. Because even if you never do, thinking like a future buyer forces you to build a stronger business today.”
Asking buyers "what would need to happen for this to be worth $75 million instead of $50 million" years before you want to sell is advice I wish more owners heard, Sharran. In my work with Main Street owners, most only learn what a buyer values after they sign the LOI, when there is no time left to fix it. Your return on hassle point matters too. A cleaner deal with less cash up front often fits the owner's life after the sale better than the bigger headline number.

I am going live on YouTube 100 times before the end of the year. If you join the livestream and ask your questions there, I will try to answer them!
See you on the live!
This is very practical advice. Thanks Sharran!

I had to save this post. I know I'll certainly come back again to it later
Glad it resonated. I look forward to your output from the lessons shared.
